Returns:

All items are handmade with care. Due to the nature of our products, exchanges are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or defective. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so I can make it right.

Care Instructions:
Hand wash only. Do not soak or place in the dishwasher. Avoid extreme heat. Handle with care to protect the design and finish of your tumbler or charm bookmark.

Shipping:
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
